SuperDave New member Feb 7, 2016 #2 How many smokes were you planning on doing, 1 or 2? I wasn't even aware that 6 racks would fit in a #2.

SconnieQ New member Feb 7, 2016 #3 Seems like 6 racks of baby backs would fit in a #2. Might have to trim some off the length and put trimmed pieces where they fit. 3 smoker racks with 2 rib racks each?

Walt New member Feb 7, 2016 #4 I've cooked 9 racks @ once in my #2. It will fit up to 11 with one rib rack and included shelves. Same time & temp as 1 rack.
