2 racks with the Meathead's Memphis dust.  Binder a little vegetable oil. I rubbed in the rub a little bit. Trying something new.

240 with 3 oz of cherry.  Smoking outside on the deck.

5 1/4 hours no peeky!

S/B done by 5 pm est.

I'll take some pics of the finished product.
 
Sounds like a winner, Ed!  Enjoy that balmy NJ weather today!  In NW Arkansas today, we're at a windy 25 - about 3" of snow has fallen this morning, with another 2-3 to go.  Not enjoying my Boston butt smoke very much right now! >:(
 
Ha.  You haven't seen anything yet!

I'm in the snowiest city in the US and we are at 100" so far and ran into temps in the single digits last week. Mind you when I traveled to Jacksonville and it was 40F with no snow I started complaining! It's all relative right!

The South in attitude but it seems like the north (weather-wise) to some of us.  ;D
 
Here is the picture of the ribs.  they were really good.  I really liked the memphis dust.  Strongly recommend making a batch and putting on pork products.
