Baby Backs on the #3

235 in at 2:10 PM today...three racks of Costco's finest.  Rubbed with a Caribbean blend with added paprika, onion powder, and black pepper.

Hit with famous Dave's at 6:30, foiled and added brown sugar and butter to the last...

Pulled the foiled one off at 8:10...good tenderness, bites off the bone...happy kid.

Pulled the Devil's Spit version off at 8:10 as well, not foiled, little tough yet.  Back in the smoker in the pan until dinner.  Leaving the Rich and Sassy for another 30 minutes or so.

Love Dave's rib rub...quite a sleeper on the grocery store shelves.....aint it nice not having to cut ribs to fit the smoker?  8)
