Auber customer service

I want to give a thumbs up to Auber customer service.  I got an e-mail when they received my Auber to let me know that it had arrived and I've been getting multiple e-mails a day with updates after each test they perform.  If the unit isn't fixed when I get it back, I know that it isn't for a lack of effort on Auber's part.  They have had a hard time getting the problem to reproduce itself so they are swapping the jack plug in the event that it is not making a reliable connection.  Fingers are crossed.  Super Bowl food will be smoked the old fashioned way this weekend.
