At Last---Model 3 Here I come

To All,

After reading over the last few months about electric smokers, I finally settled on the Model 3.  I have owned 3 electrics and none of them lasted.  Thanks to all of you who post good info in these forums that help us to make decisions.  I have been grilling and smoking for about 20 years and am excited about the Model 3.  I will be reaching out to everyone for a big b-day party for my wife in July.  I will need some advise about how much food to prepare for about 50 folks.  Again, thanks to all of you!!

I would start with ribs or pulled pork for practice and then brisket.
Follow the recipes on the forum, they work.
I have had the #3 for two can't say enough good things about the product.

Welcome, you are definitely gonna love it.  Ran mine for the first time this past weekend and my first brisket ever surpassed my expectations of what my first one would taste like by a lot.  Still have a lot of practice and trials to go before I get to the level I want to get at, but this smoker can get me there, you will love it.  Plus Steve does an amazing job with customer service to keep you happy if you have any issues.
