jcboxlot New member Dec 1, 2014 #1 I didnt see any mention for beef hot dogs on the smokers (store bought). I'm guessing 220 for 1 1/2 or 2 hours? Let me know any recipes tried. Came out with a good snap to the casing? Knife the top of the dogs before going in? John
