Another Model 3 on the way

New here, been using our Primo XL for a few years but wanted to get into lower temp smokes and sausage making, the model 3 will fit very nice with the Primo. Cant wait till it arrives!

Congrats, McKay!  Pretty sure you will relegate the Primo to grilling duty only, once you get started with the #3!  For true smoked Q, you'll find the SI 3 so much easier to use, and you'll smoke meat much more often with it.  The ceramics are incredible grills, but the ease of use, with your #3, will blow you away.

When you have time, head over to the "Introductions" section and tell us a little about yourself, and your smoking background.  Also, a first name and town in the signature line is a nice touch.  We like to get to know our new members of the SI family!
