Another cart idea thoughts?

I'm thinking about ordering this cart. I like the idea you would not need a drip mat. For those of you that have longer carts how bad do you think it would be for clean up? I would mount it of course.

I have a similar setup, but without wheels.  If I recall, mine is 60" wide.  I really like the table for prep and being able to put tools on it.

Bart,
I have that same cart.  With the casters on, I found it to be too high so I cut the legs to give me a 37" height to the top of the table.  I'm 6'-4".  I would like to add a pull out shelf in the future to catch any sauce run off so it does not fall onto the concrete below. My Auber sits on the table to the right of the smoker, SI #2. I did not see the need to bolt the smoker to the table.  I added rubber feet to stop any sliding and to protect the table top.  Hope this helps.

Very nice set up, Chris!  When not in use, do you have a cover for the whole table or do you just cover the smoker?

Thanks guys.

swthorpe, I just have a cover for the smoker.  After a smoke I wipe the table down with some clorox spray and it keeps it looking nice.

Chris

Found a little nicer table on amazon just got it. I'll post pictures when I'm done. I'll need to bolt it down being in so called never know when it will start rockin and rollin.

Been shopping for stainless steel tables. I'm fine with keeping my #2 on the ground. Really just need workspace and a landing area for things. Thanks for the ideas guys!

I appreciate the nice comments about the deck.  It is 2 years old and the floor is composite.  The material is Azek brand.  It is actually kind of plastic feeling, but repels dirt and grease well.

Think I'm going to bite and order this table soon. 16 gauge 24x48. I'll still keep my #2 on the ground with the casters as I like the mobility to move it away from the screened in porch a bit.

18 gauge is of course, cheaper. But I am hoping to have this table for the long haul, so I'll gladly spend a little more.

I sent WS an inquiry as to how they think this would hold up in the rain and snow in Chicago. I'll report back with what they say. I could always hit any questionable areas (set screws/joints etc.) with some Rustoleum for good measure. Going for function over being pretty. :)

That is the brand of table I have.  I went with the 16 gauge.

I ended up going with this one. I am waiting on mounting the smoker till I have the legs cut down 7". It was on sale when I got it for 149 shipped via prime.
