I found this at Sam's club and looks pretty nice. I think I seen someone else using it also.

I like the fact that has 3 shelves. And I think Tony mentioned about adding plastic to the top shelf. Just cannot remember where I seen it posted on this site???? Help :o And it comes with polypropylene shelf inlays for all the selves.

Not a bad cart, Bill - I've seen it at Sam's.  I'd get a pine 3/4" panel, and cut it to size for the top.  That's what I just did for my #3 cart, and it works great!  Sand it down, and coat it with PlatiDip - weather-proof coating, and easy!

I think Lowes has some panels, that is where I purchased one that I use to make bread on. But, it would work. Also sent a pm to Rick adding my phone number but did not hear from him. I think this cart would be nice for the little guy.

I’ve seen a lot of a carts posted here and I decided this one would work for my SI #1, less than $50 from Harbor Freight , bolted in place & doesn’t take up a lot of room.

I'm sure that you can find some Dodger blue spray paint.  ;)

That's the baby brother of the one I got for my #3.  Yours is already Razorback Red, though!  I'm jealous! ;)  I had to add a top board to support the #3, though.

Really hate to rain on you all's parade, but my #3 came with cart, and auber way under price and already broken in by an experienced smoker.  8) How cool is that.

Oh yeah!  Good stuff, right there! 8)

I found a video on trimming ribs into St. Louis style. I am thinking about posting this to save folks from paying the butcher to do this. I know some small meat shops would probably do this for free. But, if you by several racks and want to do this, would be very easy.

If you buy spares at Sam's, they come in 3-rack packs.  I usually just smoke them whole, but occasionally trim STL style.  Nothing to it!  But, to be honest, I hardly ever smoke spares anymore...the fam prefers baby backs!

Hey Tony, hot as the devil up here, on my front porch is 102. I really am not that crazy about BB ribs. I guess it boils down to preference, mine is St. Louis, then spares and last would be BB. But, in reality they are all good. Stay cool my friend. Keep the shinny side up and the rubber side down.  :o  :o

105-110 heat index here tomorrow, Bill!  Might be a little beer and A/C in my weekend plans...along with a brisket in the #3! ;)

I am still planning on ribs. I also need to order a permanent wall mount for the #3. As Rick was using the one that just rests on a rack.  :o They have them at Auber for $16.00. Also going to call the K.C.BBQ store and see if they have them. That is where I purchased my other probe for the Maverick. It the BBQ store has them will save on shipping. The weather guys was saying we hit 115 heat index today. And tomorrow is supposed to be another hot one. Also rain/thunderstorms tonight. So will be like a sauna out there again.

elkins,

Thanks for the post. I was wondering how best to get my little guy up off the ground. Bought my cart on Amazon. I'll be stylin in about 2 days!
Cheers,
BB  :)

Welcome to the party, BubbaBob!  How about heading over to the Introductions section and tell us a little about yourself?  Smoking background, what brought you to SI, etc...  We like to get to know our new family members around here!

Let us know if we can help, in any way!
