My daughter is graduating in two weeks! So, party at our house! Had to call in backup and borrow my Dad’s #2 to help with the load.
On the left in the 3D are two prime briskets, 18.05lbs on top and 18.97lbs on the bottom. Rubbed with Meat Church “The Gospel” all purpose rub. On the right in the #2, 16lbs of pork butt, rubbed with Memphis Dust and salt.
Both went on at 530pm last night, and are making the climb up to 200*. Can’t wait for this feast! Going to serve slaw salad, Franklins Pinto beans, chips and dip, and little sausage smokies along with some good beer. Should be good stuff for the 80 or so people coming over to celebrate!
