3rd smoke in the #2

Here we go...  Brisket is already on for tomorrow afternoon...  Fatty is assembled and in the fridge for tomorrow. ABT's are in process.

Looking good so far... I messed up by putting the ABT's above the Fatty. Cheese dripped all over the fatty... Also, had to toss the fatty and ABT's under the broiler to crisp up the bacon.
