3d just arrived

had some running around to do with the kiddo
but finally home and about a half hour in to seasoning right now

more kiddo stuff to do tomorrow with the scouts and i wanna be home for the first smoke.. so sunday morning or really saturday night in goes the first brisket

 
Hey Smokers
just received my smoker, trying to season it. it seems I have the temp set at 250, but there is an -H- in the right box. this doesn't seem right. Can anyone advise what I did wrong. Thanks
 
Nothing wrong. When seasoning and not cooking to time or using the meat probe for an internal temp you set it to 0.
