had some running around to do with the kiddo
but finally home and about a half hour in to seasoning right now
more kiddo stuff to do tomorrow with the scouts and i wanna be home for the first smoke.. so sunday morning or really saturday night in goes the first brisket

just received my smoker, trying to season it. it seems I have the temp set at 250, but there is an -H- in the right box. this doesn't seem right. Can anyone advise what I did wrong. Thanks
