Got a 24X36" stainless table off eBay, shortened the legs by about 8 inches, assembled, mounted.  This should work great.

Great minds think alike.  I did the same thing for my smoker.  It is great to get it off the floor and have some prep area as well.

Looks awesome.  I've been shopping off and on for one of the stainless sink tables that I can turn into a fish cleaning station.  That was a pretty good price on the table.
