SconnieQ New member Oct 17, 2015 #4 I love the cold temps for cold-smoking things like Salmon Lox, bacon, etc. It's hard to cold smoke when it's 80+ outside. But, in freezing temps here in Wisconsin, I can smoke ANYTHING. Winter brings a whole new menu of opportunities!
