1st use 1st smoke

Hi All,
First of all, thanks for the advice so far.  I smoked some ribs over the weekend, came out great after 6 hours at 235 and 1/2 hour of rest.  I used 2 chunks of hickory.    Hopefully you can see the before and after pics!

Some great looking ribs you got there Hardpan! Really nice pullback on the bones, what rub and/or sauce did you use? 
 
Hi Dale,
the rub was just a concoction that i made with salt, pepper, brown sugar, garlic powder,  and cayenne.  Sauce was a tomato sauce, brown sugar, salt, minced garlic, minced onion with some jack daniels and some brandy added to help mellow out the sweetness.
