1st rib roast is a success! model #1
Dry brined 24hrs w kosher salt, then applied herbed compound butter, 200deg for 3-1/2hrs (5oz cherry wood) then reverse sear on grill  ❤️  Even better is was on sale $4.99/lb!!  Thanks to Jeremy on the wood advise 🙂
