Smoked Bluefish
« on: June 30, 2015, 12:19:53 PM »
Sorry for not posting a lot, but I've had my SI3 for over a year and love it. Also, forgive me if I screw this up, since it's my first time trying this

Here is my smoked bluefish. I used the Totem's recipe. They came out excellent and delicious.

Looks great, Thumps!  Now that you're back, and a "seasoned veteran" SI3 owner, you need to get your name and town in your signature line, and join in the fun a little more often!  I bet you have lots to share, from 3 years of experience! :D

What is the recipe, Please?  I tried the search function and couldn't find it.  Thanks.
