Pulled Pork Spaghetti
« on: January 19, 2015, 08:36:25 PM »
I was watching an episode on the Food Network about popular bbq around the country and one place had a signature dish of pulled pork spaghetti.  I had to try it!

I started by sautéing some onion, bell pepper and a few cloves of garlic.  Then I threw in the pulled pork.  The sauce was approx. 60% marinara sauce and 40% bbq sauce.  I allowed it to simmer for about 30 minutes.

I thought it was delicious.  After the pulled pork sandwiches, give this a try.   ::)
