Just Pulled the Trigger

Well, I just pulled the trigger on a Model 3 and a stand. I am both excited and nervous.  My last experience with an electric smoker was a total fiasco, but I am pretty confident in the quality and performance of the smoker after reading through all of the reviews I could find and after reading through this forum.

That is one of the things I learned from my last experience.  Don't just rely on purchase reviews, check out the user/owner forums to get a true feel for the product.  If I had done that to begin with, I would have realized that something was seriously wrong. But that is all in the past now...

Now I get to look forward to the joy of making great BBQ without the hassle! 

So, anyone interested in a used Super Cajun - Cajun Grill?  ;)

I've only had mine a couple months but absolutely love it!  I think you'll be pretty darned happy with it!
