Oysters!

I'm drooling with anticipation of my #2 arriving next week.

I have access to a lot of oysters here in S. Puget Sound, and am looking for oyster recipes.
I saw one on this forum, any others out there?

Welcome, Tom!  Congrats on the #2!  Let us know how we can help (other than the oysters, that you've already asked).

Some of the seafood guys are going to be jealous of your access to lots of fresh oysters! ;)

I can't help much on the seafood side. So hopefully our seafood smokers will have some input for you.
