« on: August 30, 2014, 04:24:47 PM »
When you guys spray your racks, do you do it in or out of the smoker?

On a side note- I just ordered #3 and giving the son the #2.

I spray mine outside, it makes it easier to get the whole surface covered.

Me too - in the kitchen, on a sheet of foil, while prepping the meat.

Thanks for the info. You might try spraying on the inside lid of your dishwasher and save the foil.

I have never sprayed them and haven't had any issues. I have only had a few little scraps stick infrequently in small spots.

I saw one of those brushes at Lowe's the other day; almost bought one!  Now I know I should have.  I was also thinking it would be great for the shelves!
