Just ordered a #2

Just ordered a #2 to replace my "Sandy" destroyed Cookshack.  Hope to have some Butts in by next week.

You won't be disappointed with the SI and the #2 is a great mid-range size that is really flexible.

Smokin-It #3 (purchased in 2014) that replaced a Masterbuilt XL (ugh) and a 10+ Year-Old Big Chief (still used for fish), and few others over the years, along with variety of Weber Gas/Charcoal Grills, Anova Sous Vide, etc. devices.

Welcome and congrats again on your purchase!   Lots of good stuff on this forum to try out, but you can't go wrong with the Butt!

No..never tried a brine with a butt.  I'll have to give it a try
