Angel food cake
Cinnamon and sugar bath
Grill for a few minutes per side.
For those that know "monkey balls" Very similar.
Toppings endless if you like, fruit, ice cream, whipped cream.
Finished had a nice crust, fairly crunchy on outside.

Hey John you woke up my sweet tooth, did you do this in the SI and what temp did you use? Two of my favorite flavors are sugar and cinnamon. Love doing snickerdoodle cookies as you roll them in a mix of sugar and cinnamon.

Grilled, not SI.
Doubt it would get crisp in the SI, but I guess one could try both SI and grilled.
