Lovin my new #3

Actually, I had it nearly two months already.  I've been smoking something every weekend and having great results. 

Being from Austin, I had to get a (signed) copy of Aaron Franklin's book.  It has helped me get brisket that's as good as any I've had.  My efforts at pork butt, chicken, ribs, and sausage have also been great.

Thanks for making a great product at a reasonable price!  I'm ready to accessorize, so I'm ordering the PID, stand, cover, etc.

Welcome from Delaware, Steve!   I too pretty much try to smoke something every weekend, and have been doing it for more than 2 years now.  Enjoy!

Hey Steve, welcome from Kansas City, I too have a #1 & #3. And as others have said and you also know not they are very easy to use. Also you will like the auber good luck in future smokes.
