Cucumber Appetizers

•   1 package cream cheese
•   ¼ cup sour cream
•   .9 oz. package dry Italian seasoning (you can also use Ranch)
•   1 large cucumber
•   1 package of Pepperidge Farm’s Pumpernickel party bread
•   1 t. Sriracha hot sauce
•   Dill (dried) optional

Directions:

Mix cream cheese, sour cream and Italian fessing in a bowl until blended, cover and place in the refrigerator overnight.

About two hours before you are ready to serve the appetizers remove the cream cheese mixture from the refrigerator.

Next thin slice the cucumber and set aside. Spread the cream cheese mixture on the party bread and top with a slice of cucumber.

Sprinkle each of the appetizers with dry dill. Cover with plastic wrap and place back into the refrigerator until ready to serve.

Would also be good with some bacon or prosciutto.

I love that bread! though they never have it at the Pepperidge farm outlet (made near me).

Though I hate cucumbers almost as much as Tony hates Mayo!

haha.

Looks good.

This is the first time I have used this bread and I was surprised how good it taste. I was expecting it to be dry, but it is anything but.

I am thinking that the bread would make great Reuben sliders!
