Tried to use smoker today on a straight 250 degrees until meat reached 195 via thermometer reading. Everytime I set it the screen reverts to both screens saying end and beeping and no heat in smoker what do I do ?

I don't have the digital version but are you sure the programs are set right? Also make sure the probes are in the right place. I have an external controller so I am not much help with the new ones. Also, cycle the power. Sometimes they get a little stupid.  :o

Mark, what were your settings?  And, did you have the meat probe in place?
