Greetings from Cincinnati
« on: January 10, 2018, 05:18:46 PM »
Hi folks, this is Greg from Cincinnati.  I have been grilling for many years and my brother turned me on to smoking a few years ago.  We both have a bar rollers with the smoker attachment.  He dearly loves his but I was looking for something that would be less fuss on my part.  Did a ton of research and recently bought a Model 2 right before New Years.  Looking forward to seasoning it and breaking it in very soon but will pass the time in the interim by cruising the forums.  The recipes and suggestions seem awesome so far and I’m also intrigued by all the possible mods.

Welcome Greg, this is a great forum--I rarely smoke anything without referring to the forum.  Some great people on here with sage advice!
