Hello from East Texas
« on: October 02, 2017, 07:41:16 PM »
Hello, I bought a #3 earlier this year. Myself and the family are loving it. Smoked briskets, wild hog legs for pulled pork, ribs, some sausage and probably my favorite Mac and cheese! Learn something new every smoke.

Welcome from Georgia! Jared, there are two problems with this forum. 1- You read about the great food being smoked and get hungry. 2- It motivates you to smoke more often and the waist line gets larger. All joking aside, you will find tons of help and support on this forum when needed. Happy smoking!

Thanks everyone, I am looking forward to learning from everyone.  The hogs turned out real good, I had a recipe for a finishing sauce that really stepped it up.
