Pork Loin
« on: September 10, 2017, 04:56:35 PM »
Feeling pretty fallish in southeastern NC. Decided to throw in a pork loin. Used DM's brine as usual then dusted with Killer Hog's pork rub. Used 2 oz Maple wood and smoked at 225 to an IT of 145. Not half bad if I do say so myself

Looks mighty tasty. Wow, you must have used a ruler when slicing.

It kinda does look like a loaf of bread. Didn't taste like bread though :)
