Here's my BBQ setup. I have a rotisserie for the Weber, but I think chickens will be better and easier in the SI!

Chickens have become one of my favorites on the SI, because I can purchase, brine and smoke all in the same day with very little advance planning. And they come out so unbelievably moist. Hang on to that rotisserie though. Chickens are good both ways, and they do have a different flavor, so it's nice to change it up.

Sweet setup, Bill. I'm thinking of getting the SI as well. Don't need anything fancier.

Welcome to the forum OrenWell.  The difficult part of getting a SI smoker is deciding which model to get. While it can be difficult to visualize actual size of these smokers, there are a few videos on the SI Facebook site as well as youtube that might help.
