Tri-Tip
« on: March 26, 2017, 03:30:38 PM »
Hadn't tried one if these before so thought I'd give it a shot. 2 lb tri tip roast, seasoned with olive oil, salt n pepper then smoked at 225 for about 2 hours 15 minutes.  Came out perfect and will definitely do this again.

Nice looking tri-tip Tim! I suspect it was a nice meal. I can't tell what the bark was like but if you want a little more, try a reverse sear and it is also great!  :)
