Turned out  pretty darn good, it could of cooked just a tad bit  longer in the flat but it was delicious 😀

Excellent, it took me 2 years to get one I was satisfied with. You don't say what IT you removed it at, but whatever your target is, that's where My door would be opened the first time for probing. If it probes like butter, then I know it's to my liking. No wrong methods, just sharing mine.
