Bobby,

There are not real good resources for pizza.  Most books are written by people with little more experience than you.  The best source is probably The Pizza Bible by Tony Gemignani.  I have purchased several and on the whole they were basically useless.  I got more information and questions answered by the pros over at pizzamaking.com/forum.
