Chicken Wings
« on: February 05, 2017, 09:51:29 AM »
First crack at chicken wings today.  Marinating in a Franks Wing sauce with some Memphis dust for 4 hours. Plan on smoking at 255 for 1.5 hours or so to 165-170. Plan on putting on the grill for 10 minutes or so to crisp them up.

That's my formula Ed, so they should turn out great.

Wings were good a bit over cooked, I let them go for 1:45. Next time 1:30 and add in some cayenne pepper. Not enough heat.
Still darn good.
