Cooked Turkey Breast re-heated with Smoke?
« on: December 25, 2016, 11:39:40 AM »
I have a turkey breast left over from my Thanksgiving bird--It was cooked in the oven!  So a cooked breast I want to smoke--any recommendations?

I would worry about drying it out too much. Perhaps chill it really well, and then cold smoke it.

Read this after....Turned out okay, not too dry.  Wife made a great gravy to put on it.  Thanks for the reply, hope you are having a great holiday.
