First smoke in my #1 was beef ribs.

My first cook was beef ribs.  Seasoned with Jack's Stack all purpose seasoning and in she went at 235.  I used hickory and cherry.  They went about 7 hours and pulled at 201.  Very tender but could have been in longer.  Son had to eat and get some sleep for a big tournament the next day.  I liked them, will do again.

They look great! Congrats on your #1. If there are any leftovers, you can wrap them in foil with a splash of liquid, and put them into the oven at 250 for a couple hours or so to reheat, and cook them further until tender.
