I had to post this pic, this is my first batch of jerky ive ever made in a smoking it 3. this is hands down the best jerky ive ever made in any smoker and I hate to brag the best ive ever tasted.. and ive tasted a lot lol. I'm so happy with this smoker!!

Did you use a dryer or just straight in the smoker? Need some details.

hi yes, I used the dryer,.I smoked it at 140 for 2 hours until the smoke stopped, then I put the dryer on and left it at 140 degrees until it was done.
