Here was my Labor Day smoke.

Pulled Pork Tacos. Sorry, I forgot to take a picture of a taco on a plate, but rest assured it went over real big. I rub with mustard and taco seasoning then add extra taco seasoning after pulling and thoroughly mix. Then reheat in the crockpot out at the lake place with a can of beer.

Even the pooch (Colonel Klink) got to enjoy. :)

Smokin-It #3 (purchased in 2014) that replaced a Masterbuilt XL (ugh) and a 10+ Year-Old Big Chief (still used for fish), and few others over the years, along with variety of Weber Gas/Charcoal Grills, Anova Sous Vide, etc. devices.

Thanks Bob,
you know, sometimes they are just special. Yesterday the aroma, last night the simple sandwich. Today, after vacuum packing the remainder, I am just salivating the remembrance.

Now Gregg, you and the others are about to get me to interrupt my Briskey Cooks with some Butt's! Totally Tempting.
