Appetizer and Snacks

Any ideas for improvement graciously accepted

Served at Room Temperature.
Double Smoked Eckrich sausage on Cheese
49 on Plain Tallimook Mild Cheddar
75 on Smoked Tallimook Mild Cheddar
50 on Plain Tallimook Pepperjack
Assortment of Crackers and Ranch Dressing
I take an F for presentation but this is for a classroom snack before Class starts.
They are layered in 9X13 Aluminum Foil Pans, one pan  for each type of cheese.

Man, Doug!  I'd put a hurtin' on a tray of those!!  Presentation, schmesintation - "good" is GOOD, no matter how it looks! ;)

If you have a local butcher try the same thing with their sausage creation.


They look good, but I've never liked pre store water injected/who knows what processed sausage.  Johnson or other.
