How do I exit the 2D preprogrammed mode
« on: July 04, 2016, 02:40:16 PM »
Over last night I cooked 2-8lb pork butts. They came out great with nice bark. Now I want to go to normal mode. I just want to maintain heat at 140 until after dinner tonight. Once again how do I get out of the P1 mode.

Jake, just press the SET button once, and you should see C01 in the left window.  Enter your desired program, through all six steps.  Nothing to change, in the parameters, just enter a new program.  The pre-programmed recipes are for convenience, but you don't have to use them.  I don't...too many years with the models that didn't have that feature!  Besides, I like to know exactly what I'm entering for the program.
