Hi - I ordered the model 3 and provided my DD214 as proof of prior enlistment and requested a camo cover and the chip screen but when I received my smoker neither was included. It came with the standard black cover. No big deal on the cover, but I was looking forward to the free chip screen so I could use up all the bags of wood chips I still have leftover from my previous smoker. I have sent two emails to smoking-it to inquire and have not heard back. Are they typically slow to respond to emails?

Prior to Monday, they were closed for several days doing inventory.  Steve answered the phone on Monday though.

I sent a text to Steve and he replied back immediately. He is sending me the camo cover and the chip screen. Appreciate the support on this forum. I have a lot of reading to do on here!
