A Little Rib Action

I made a rack of baby backs on the Keg and the Wife smoked 2 racks on the SI#3 but got ZERO pics for whatever reason :P

So....here's the pics that I got (I held up my end of the deal at least, lol)







Beef ribs are her favorite and baby backs are mine so we had both :)

It has been addressed but a man has to know his limits. There's that "line" that you cross if you are not careful. I like staying on the right side of that line thank you, lol :P
