A1 Rub

Has anyone tried this?  I liked the sugar as 1st ingredient plus they were 50 cents per container!~


Sugar = bark?

John, I have not tried the dried rub but the A1 liquid marinade is great. I used it to marinate some deer steaks stuffed with jalapenos and cream cheese that I grilled and it was awesome. Also tried it on some duck breast stuffed with jalapenos and cream cheese with awesome results as well.

I have some. We like it on burgers. It seems to be a good grilling spice. We laced some on our jerkey before going in the #3 and it was nice.
