Got the Lompoc bean order today - fast shipping!
yes, they ship fast (~1 week to NY)
I see you bought the yellow one too, i should try it... I wonder if is like canary beans..
Pinquinto needs quite a bit of soaking, more like 12hrs, and they cook slow too (wifey hates that) but they're so tasty!

Sorry, no finished pics, Bill...that might have been more than most mere mortals can bear.  LoL!  Actually, just didn't have a hand free, and too hungry this time.  I'll definitely get finished pics of the tri-tips on Santa Maria night!! ;)

Ate the steaks so quickly, couldn't get the camera clicked fast enough...eh  ;)
