BBQ Chicken Pan Pizza

Sometimes nothing beats a good pizza! This a pizza I cooked a few months back, I don't eat bread these days as I am doing the low carb deal to shed weight. This pizza did hit the spot though, that much I recall vividly!

I made a nice dough, pressed it into a pan and let it proof. Topped it with smoked chicken, bbq sauce, red onions, jalapeño, bacon, pineapple, provolone, muenster, fresh mozz and Italian cheese blend.

Baked it on my Big Steel Keg indirect for about 30 minutes at 350°. Came out excellent!!

I make all types of pizzas, that was just something I was in the mood for. I'd love to see your pizzas, post them in this thread so I can see!

I have been making pizza for over 20+ years and developed my own crust, sauce, sausage, ok let's say I am pizza crazy.

Here is a BLT pizza I made last week.

Oooohhh, that looks all kinds of good! I have a few dough recipes as well, make a couple different sauces and I too make my own sausage, I guess I'm crazy too. Nothing wrong with that!  ;D

Now that I think about it,  i make my own  bacon and grind my own meat too.

Jason,

Sounds like we are to pea in a pod. I have never done bacon, but may put it on my list.
