TORTILLA APPETIZERS

TORTILLA APPETIZERS

This is my standby favorite “party recipe”.

2 packages of 10 large flour tortillas (not Rudy’s brand)

Chop up and mix together:
3 chili peppers
3 green onions
1 or 2 jalapeno peppers
3 packages cream cheese, softened
small can black olives

Spread mixture onto tortillas. Roll up and slice thinly.

These are excellent, I prefer to put them in the food processor when I mix them. Put them in the refrigerator and serve with hot sauce, salsa or guacamole or all three!
