Baked Beans

Baked Beans
Ingredients
•   2 cans bush black beans
•   1 can blackeye peas
•   1 can red kidney beans
•   1 55 oz bush homestyle beans
•   ½ cup molasses
•   2 T garlic, minced
•   ½ cup ketchup
•   3 T yellow mustard
•   3 T brown sugar
•   1 t chille powder
•   1/3 cup brown sugar
•   2 T sweet n hot pepper, finely chopped
•   1 large white onion, or 2 small onions
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a large cooking pot. Bring beans to a boil then simmer for 30 minutes. Remove and place in a half steam table pan and place in smoker at 250 degrees for 2-4 hours.
If you have any leftovers, place in quart bags and freeze.

Those look good, but what do you mean by "sweet n hot pepper?"  I would think some of the canned green chilies, chopped, would be good?

I use Sweet N hot Salad Peppers, but a canned of green chilies would also work.
