Hey guys, I have the model 2 bypassed with the Auber 1200GPH.
I would like to set up a program for the Auber to cook this butt.
I need to take it out of the smoker by 8 AM tomorrow so I can wrap in foil then into the cooler for a 2 hr trip.
The butt was injected and the mustard and rub applied last night and it will be in refrigerator until near cook time.
The last one I cooked was with the un-modified SI2 it went 11 hrs but I think this may be different with the Auber.
I would like to start the cook tonight, have it ramp up to 140 for .5 hr then go to 225 until internal temperature hits 195 then drop to 140 and stay until removed ( hopefully 8 AM)
