A+ Customer Service

I wanted to give a big thanks to Steve for sending me a replacement heating element and controller.  I was having some heating issues and I am not sure which part fixed my problem but I am back in business.  SI definitely takes care of their customers and I highly recommend them to anyone interested in buying their products.  I look forward to doing more smoking this year in my little guy.  Keep up the good work Steve!  :D
