Just got the #2 today, she's seasoning right now. Plan on acouple of pork butts this weekend to see how she performs. Always nice to get a new toy.

Outstanding!  I think that's 3 of ya'll with new ones this week.  Follow a standard cook from here for your 1st cook.
How cold is it up in MN now? Flying up there Monday.  Gonna be a bit colder than we are accustomed to.
